A group of grifters and carpetbaggers who prey on the fears of a particular group in order to line their pockets with donations meant for the cause.

Steve: She started a BLScam where she convinced a bunch of people that the police were trying to kill them all. She then told everybody how they could donate to the cause and wallah four new houses.
