pronounced (cow-p) Irish word meaning to fall or more often to get tired and go to sleep.
Often used to describe those who can't handle their guinness. similar to a "fader"

The act of delivering a foam cow onto the head of an unsuspecting and usually innocent bystander.
Considered therapeutic by some to release tension or stress. It can be therapy for both pinger and pingee who then reverse roles.
