ekai

A heavily accented alternative to the word "okay". Only used by people who try to sound edgy, someone who is acually edgy, and by people who just don't went to be understood by the general public. Commonly used with words like dyoin for doing, and greyt for great.

Bob: hey bro, how are you doing?
Billy: im dyoin greyt ekai.
Bob: please speak like a normal person, I don't understand you.

Ekay out

The process of going to a gathering but magically disappearing to do something else without saying a word to friends.

Friend 1: Anyone seen Paul, he was here when I went to the bar? Did he Ekay out?

Friend 2: Ya he just disappeared

Ekay

A word commonly used to affirm things in a more positive manner, as opposed to just saying "okay" or "alright"

Person 1: "Hey, Let's eat some peanut butter"

Person 2: "Ekay!"
