When you experience an unexpected release of wet gas and spew a little brown shat spray on your partners face while they are performing a little rimming/analingus on your leather donut.
During this unfortunate or fortunate (however you look at it) incident, the wet fecal matter is sprayed upon your partner's face creating a brown freckle pattern.
I got rimmed last night braaahh. Felt great till a felt a little pressure. I tried to hold it in but I gave Rachel the freckler. She looked like a ginger girl with all them freckles.
When taking a shit that it seems it will be a massive solid, but comes out in little bursts that end up dotting the whole toilet with crap. Notice the resemblance to freckles on a face.
"Hey thanks for letting me use your shitter Dave."

"Bad news though, I left you a freckled toilet."

Spattering diarrhea all over the inside of a toilet bowl, usually after consuming JoJo's savory wedges from a shittily maintained service deli. At $2.50 a pound, indigestion is cheaply purchased in a white bag at your local Vons.
I left a serious bowl freckler in the employee bathroom after grubbing a pound of those greasy ass potatoes.

Well, simply put, it is when a gentleman or a young lady is "tossing salad" if you will, and the partner who's salad is being "tossed" flatulates with what we may describe as a bout of "wet gas" and fecal matter is sprayed creating a freckle-like appearance on the tossers face.
After my date and I consumed the buffalo wing special at Hooters; I went home with him and thanked him thoroughly for our dinner. Suddenly to my surprise, he blew ass and covered me with the poop spray (aka Boston Freckler) that appeared like the Howdy-Doody sun-kissed spots I always coveted in other Irish women at the local pubs.
