It is a mechanism to protect your body for the cold.
It can also occur while listening to very good music or in terrifying situations.

Goosebumps is a legendary seires based on haunting & scary scenarios. There is many books, and they also made a series (but it’s shit) the author R.L. Stine is either alive or dead, I don’t know anymore
