Hiki (n.) - Short for hikikomori, a Japanese term referring to young adults with no social lives that prefer to spend their time sleeping all day and watching anime and playing video games all night. Hikis rarely leave their homes unless necessary and generally live with their parents.
Wayne never wants to do anything but sit at home and play Warcraft. He's become quite the hiki.

Sometimes the name can be mocked due to it sounding the same as hickey as for a love bite.

The term do-hikie can be used as a sign of danger or struggle in a harmless enviorment, hence why it is said with a quiet monotone voice. It may also be said at a moment that nobody is talking and someone wishes to break the silence, which one must respond with the same word.
