InFocus is a brand of projectors.

However, ignorant folks think infocus is just another word for "projector" and will call any projector "an infocus".

-Yo, man, I bought me a sony infocus for watching movies!
-Don't be stupid, man, you mean a sony projector. InFocus is a brand, not a generic term.
-Really? I didn't know.

Infocuity

A state in which one is absolutely unable to focus, presumably using their time on anything else besides the subject in which they need to focus on.

Mom: finish your homework it's 11 pm
Child: I can't
Mom: why
Child: I'm in infocuity
