Izayoi / Izayoitsuki / Izayoi no tsuki (十六夜月) is words originated from Japanese language, means a waning moon.
十六夜月 is written with kanji literal meaning as Sixteenth Night, or the night after a Full Moon, is a situation or condition when the moon rise happened slightly later after a full moon.
In the Lunar Calendar, the sixteenth night of the month is just after the full moon and the start of waning moon.
In Japanese Tsukimi Festival, or Moon Viewing festival, the sixteenth night is a common time for viewing the Harvest Moon (where the moon rises the latest and lowest in the sky and seems to appear the biggest, as seen from the Northern Hemisphere).
