A combination of Moron and the alias of Walter White from the hit show Breaking Bad, Heisenberg. It is used to insult someone's intelligence.

Person A: *Cooking grilled cheese without the cheese*
Person B: "Look at Person A, he's such a Moronberg.
Person C: "I know right."
