pronounced "neg". It is an all-incompusing word to describe a person as incompitent, stupid, idiotic, or dimwitted. It also implies that the subject is devoid of morals, character, classiness, or tact. This insult not only lowers the social bar for the insultee but raises this same bar for the insulter. The person to use the insult will not stoop so low as to use a common word such as trashy or hillbilly because they are too good for such crude insults.

To fulfill a promise. The opposite of renege, one of those negatives for which no positive exists.
He was as good as his word and was prepared to nege on the promise he had made to her.
