Nepotite

The word used to decribe a relative (usually a child) of someone who has been given a job undeservingly.
Comes from "nepotism".
The person is a total slacker where he/she works, but cannot get fired because they have a relative who is in the upper tiers of management there.

The practice of making decisions in favour of large breasted women, solely on account of the size of their boobs.
