Perra, at least the part of Mexico my parents are from, means more than "bitch". Yes, it does mean "bitch", but it also carries a strong connotation with it. It is not a sexual one at all. What it does connote is *rabid* bitch. Perra is a bitch who has really decided to crank up the bitchiness to the Nth power.
