Polmonitification

A very specific process within which one has a large (girth of 30-35cm) commercially available dildo is - for the lack of a better term - forced into another's rectum by one of their friends, the friend has to be a 2nd cousin. Once the dildo is fully inundated in the anus, an unofficial hemorrhoidectomy is performed without anesthesia, and the popped hemorrhoids are ground down are snorted by the target.
