What some may call a she-males equipment. Usually an average size in most cases. Greeted either with a look of shock and disgust, or a creepily wide smile.

Dylan: How did things go with you're date last night?

Corey: Everything was fine until we got back to my place and I grabbed hold of a fuckin' she-rail!
