Sirrah

A term to regard a younger boy or man of lower status.

Popularised by Ben Jonson's 1610 play 'The Alchemist'

Colin: "I'll beat you sirrah!"

Sam: "OH NO!"

A word used to refer to somebody who is lower in rank or standing than the person who uses it. The social status opposite of the word sir.
