Its a city in Berlin Germany and many say that its the best of all Citys. U can also find the Kaiser of Spandau (Maximilian Paul Karl-Heinz Knabe) there.

Spandau Prison in Europe housed many prisoners including World War II Nazi prisoners. When these prisoners were hanged the swinging of the dead body was called the Spandau Ballet.
