Throatquake

Throatquake (noun): a sudden and intense vibration or shaking sensation felt in the throat, typically caused by a cough, throat spasm, or other involuntary contraction of the muscles in the throat. Can be a gift.

Alice had a throatquake during her public speaking class and it surprisingly helped to calm her nerves.
