She: dude we gonna hang tonight?
He: no I gotta be up early tomorrow.
She: but it's Friday.
He: I know but I gotta go in to work tomorrow!
She: sucks to be you. My weekend is your werkend!

A weekend that you've put in a lot and/or too much werk.
Whether it's dancing, being forced to engage in chatty meaningless conversations, or a dealing with an inappropriate amount of sass from strangers.

Being scheduled to work on a "weekend" (Saturday and Sunday) thus prolonging the work week - unfortunately your "week" has not come to an "end" but continued with the gruesome task of being at work; In most cases you can confirm it is the Werkend by the lack of management or employees that have suckassitis
Chelsea: It's our weekend to work already?
Sam: Unfortunately it is our Werkend.
Chelsea: Stewart never has a Werkend....
