When you wink your butthole to a song, mimicking the lyrics. It's similar to
lip-syncing, just with your butthole opening and closing, instead of your mouth.

Wink-syncing is not as easy as it looks. I had to do butthole keegles for weeks just to make it through November Rain all the way.
