OMG! Stacey it was so embarrassing! We met at a party last weekend, got drunk and had sex. I ran into him in front of the ATM this morning and got the Care Bear Stare from him. He completely didn't recognize me!

When you bend over, grab both ass cheeks and pull them apart, revealing your gaping ass cavity and showing it to an unsuspecting victim.
This has a similar effect on people as the care bear stare from the actual care bears and immobilizes the affected persons however fierce vomiting are a added effect.
