The act of using your tongue to stop the crumbs from falling from a cookie after biting into it.
These cookies are a crumbling everywhere when I bite into them. I know, I will use cookielingus to catch the crumbs before they make a mess.

When your wife makes cookie dough (or cake or icing, whatever) and you lovingly lick the beaters.
After my sweetie made chocolate chip cookies, she gave me the beaters and spatula and I performed cookielingus on them.
