When something is so cute that it makes you angry.
E.g- my dog is so cutsie, and I love her so much that it makes me angry, and grit my teeth together.
My dog makes me so crangy because she is so cute.
When someone is both cranky and angry...a lethal combination.
She was just so damn crangy I left the house, and downed a couple of beers in the local tavern.
