A miserable feeling caused by extended rain or drizzle. Also, any depressed mood caused by the weather. The term does not describe a weather condition, rather an emotional state caused by the weather.
I was drizzerable living in Seattle.
Q: "Cold enough for you?"
A: "I'm just drizzerable"
