Kindabully

Someone who is kind of a bully, but not a bully. Being a bully means that you persistently do something to someone that the victim does not like. Someone who is a kindabully is kind of a bully, but what they do doesn’t constitute a bully, but what they do is extremely rude and makes you uncomfortable.

KB: *uncomfortably staring and smiling at you for eternities*

V: Hey bro you a kindabully.

KB: *continues to stare and smile*
