Making an appointment for or getting both a manicure AND a pedicure.

Thor: Hey, you wanna go workout at six o'clock after work tonight?
Dawn: Sorry, can't; I'll be at a medicure appointment.
Thor: Medi what?
Dawn: Oh, I'm going to the salon to get a manicure and a pedicure, you know, a medicure.
Thor: Hahaha, too funny! Maybe tomorrow then...
