metamodernism

Convergence between symbol and irony (time). As opposed to convergence between function and irony (form) in Hypermodernism and existentialism and irony (nihilism) in Postmodernism.

In metamodernism the infinity symbol literally resembles linear time moving through a cyclical time paradigm--it is no mere representation of a concept.

metamodernism

A paradigm that Marxism is an incomplete critique of capitalism due to the circumstance that it is unable to stop social deconstructionism.

metamodernity

A synthesis of past and future--specifically retrofuturism and neotraditionalism ((inverted time regression (recursion))--to create a resonant eternal present; an β€œend of history; a completion of the Hegelian dialectic. Founded on recursive synthesism, it unites the physical and metaphysical; the existential and ideal; and the personal and universal into a single mythos.

Metamodernity is the successor to hypermodernism in which time is the final skeuomorph. In metamodernity time is manifested by three aesthetics: 1.Retro-modernism (1950’s motif) 2. Electro-industrialism (1980’s retrofuturism) 3. Object-infrastructure unity (2080’s)

Metamodernity has three primary technological motifs: human-agnostic consciousness, object-infrastructure unity, and information-energy unity.

In the cultural paradigm, each part is considered equivalent to the whole. This is in contrast to hypermodernism in which the part (attribute (imitation (skeuomorph))) is GREATER than the whole.

Metamodernity transcends the convergence/intersectionalism/monotheism/linguistics-centered world of logos to connect singularity with duality (the ultimate synthesis). This is called the Vikaasian Paradox. Metamodernity unites Eastern philosophy with Western aesthetics which are now believed to display implicit cyclical time. Academia returns to mythos in a final triumph of philosophy over science.

Metamodernity is a cultural reconciliation of the future-past and the past-future.

Metamodernism

A cultural paradigm created from the outcome of postmodernism and the Vikaas Rule. When deconstruction of any individual concept or symbol occurs, instead of rejecting a concept through irony or nihilism, a new synthesis occurs between the deconstructed points (referred to as poles) by understanding that both aspects of the deconstruction are true at the same time, even if they seemingly contradict.

Following this general practice, the synthesis is created using dialetheism, or rather, the understanding that negations of concepts can be as true as the statement itself. Using this concept, irony and sincerity can be combined into a new artform, creating what some describe as new sincerity. Thus, it's a rejection of modernity and postmodernity, realism and nihilism. Instead, it forges a new path of recontextualization.

Metamodernism is the logical outcome to a philosophy which is based on the deconstruction of principles created from a philosophy that constructed those principles in the first place. My rapidly degenerating sense of humor makes a lot more sense then
