Someone who's comfortable with sex and engages in sexual activities. A prosexual person wants to recreate naturally with their partner and is happy about their sexual life. A prosexual person feels sexual attraction and partakes in sexual intercourse. The opposite of prosexual is asexual.
Person 1: Are you asexual?
Person 2: No, no, I'm prosexual. I'm cool with sex!
