It's behind many shows with freedom-stealing practically slave contracts such as Britain's got talent and the X Factor, and a branch of this company that has recently been broken off for "unspecified reasons", Modest Management was responsible for many famous faces such as the band One Direction. Say what you want about the music, but there was something sketchy going on behind the scenes.

The word "Syco" originates from Japan where it implies something is awesome. In a similar way the words Fully Sick is used. This word does not have the same meaning as the word Psycho! as stated by darkmyst. The word psycho describes the mental illness or psychosis
