Dal is a word that is used when describing someone hot. “That guy in the white t-shirt is dal” The word originated in Stavanger, Norway and has been used since 1799. It has since become more popular for teens to use after 2019. The word Dal can also be used to describe something good or whilst referring to McDonald’s. “That’s dal” or “Let’s go to the dal”

Dal is cooked lentils mixed with wonderful spices to enhance all the flavours when you eat it. It comes from India, mostly eaten in the north. Otherwise there is Sambar and rasam to.....myam myam
