It can be difficult to decide if that dude or chick is on meth, has chicken pox, or simply has bedbug arms, but a look at the unbitten face clears up any fear about meth or chicken pox.
People who look as if they have bedbugs; i.e. Dumpster dwellers, people who sell crack to middle schoolers behind the King Soopers. Frequently seen scratching crust from their ears and examining it. If they asked you for a job application, you would wash your hands.
