Chea-B-S is a nickname for the world renowned Cocoa Beach Skate Park.
Pronunciation: "chee-be-es"
Chea-B-S is a great skatepark. The only problem is that its infested with cheabs. (look up definition of CHEAB).
The cheabs of Chea-B-S are the cheabiest cheabs of all cheabs. They don't ever skate. They just run around and cause havoc.
The head-cheabs inlcude:

A dragon created by Strong bad similar to Trogdor, except he doesn't have wings but instead has 2 beefy arms and 2 beefy legs. Strong bad has claimed to like him more now because "You internet types have ruined Trogdor".
To begin, draw an S for snake. or dragon er, whatever. Next, we'll draw a more different S. For the head, put a top mark on a long V. Then you add some beefy legs and draw on a couple of beefy arms, eyes, spikes, teeth and angry eyebrows. Now you have the s is for sucks dragon.

"Sick and Tired Day" - A day you take off work because you're "sick and tired" of the crap and mistreatment doled out to you by management and/or clients.
In essence, playing hooky mixed with a little retribution and attitude for management and/or clients. Works well if you're the only one who does a specific job: a good passive-aggressive statement to management.
Tom Warner had been barred from the fancier bathrooms on his own floor, leaving him to the use of the substandard, lackluster bathrooms two floors below. This was just one more example of management's lack of appreciation for his hard work, he thought.
Tom Warner pulled an S&T Day the following day.

1. Predominately a term to describe someone who spent a majority of their pre-adolescent childhood in the 1990's. The sweet spot for this definition is people born between the mid-to-late 80's and early 90's. It is often used as a warm, comforting label. This use of the term is also often exploited as a buzz word in clickbait articles, which are written to appeal to the nostalgia of the reader.
2. The term has also more recently been co-opted by slightly younger individuals, and can more broadly be applied to anyone born in the 1990's. (Though people who follow the first definition often disagree with this use of the term.)
1. Greg was born in 1988, and considered himself a real 90's kid. He still has his original Terminator 2 action figures, and used to eat Dunkaroos while watching new episodes of "Batman: The Animated Series" when he was a kid.
2. Steve considered himself a 90's kid because he was born in 1997. Greg did not agree with this, and thought Steve should be considered a "2000's kid," as that's when Steve spent the majority of his childhood.
