a form of putting words into someone's mouth by disagreeing with what you think another has suggested rather than what they've actually said, usually in a very exaggerated way
"Can you take me to the mall real quick, Jen?" asked Ron. "I'm not your slave here to serve you," said Jen. "Oh brother! Another contradict-the-implied statement. I never said that."
Wendy's made the contradict-the-implied statement of a typical stern parent: "Can I have a couple bucks for a new video game." "Money does not grow on trees and this is not a playground, young man."
George's contradict-the-implied statement really pissed me off. After I asked him if he wanted to see a movie together, he yelled, "I'm not the movie wizard who was brought here to go to the movies with you, Cindy."
"Want to hang out today?" I asked Ron. "I do too have a job and a life," he retorted with some snotty contradict-the-implied statement.
"I'm not a pervert with a toe castle and fungus in my room," said Andy when I asked if he would rub my feet. "Quit making contradict-the-implied statements. I never said that."

A desired quality in prospective mates that is not explicitly stated by the person listing said desired qualities. (Typically these lists are created for one's dating website portfolio or social networking profile.) The usual implied prerequisite is physical attractiveness, and it's use (that is, omission of the desired quality) may be seen either as tactful or hypocritical, depending on which side of the situation you are on.
"She said she wanted someone that's funny, nice, and smart...and that's me. Why doesn't she like me?"
"Dude, you're missing the implied prerequisite."

EX 1
Jose: So, last night
Tom: WAIT! I should tell you before you begin, I'm a user of implied misinterpretation.
Jose: ....What?
Tom: Means I don't speak Mexican.
Jose: ...Hateful Ass-hat.

Tom: No clue. I don't speak Asian.

The implied comma is the part of a sentence that is not spoken, and the clause that follows is also not spoken; however, both the comma and the dependent clause are very much 'communicated.'
Often what's communicated after the implied comma carries much more weight than what was actually spoken.
Here's an example of the implied comma.
Joe Suburbs said, "You can't go to Zoe's house overnight. It's the school year. You're not on vacation."
His 17 year-old daughter, Briannah heard him say, "...you're not on vacation, loser."
For the rest of the evening, Joe Suburbs could not figure out why his daughter wouldn't speak to him and why she was slamming doors all over the house.

Teenage driver: Dang it all --- I never really wanted to bother learning to drive at this early age, but I had heard all about the "implied consent" deal that new drivers automatically fall under, and so I figgered that it would be a great way to get all da hot chicks in town to spread their legs for me! What a rip-off!
