Woman B also has around 30% body fat, but she has a rectangle body shape (so do I!) and the fat collects in the form of her body, so nothing like her hips and thighs or whatever are accentuated, and will leave her looking like a cereal box. Unfortunately, no one will find this body attractive, and it hurts to have gone through that..
Some people who try to silence the undesirable girls with pity try to blur this difference, but it does not work, neither on paper nor in real life. You can try to rope both of the instances of Woman A and B into “thick/chubby” and label it all a good thing, but no. A is attractive, B is not.
