A female person (or, conceivably, a female alien or a gorilla or something) who, literally or figuratively, throws (something or someone) from a window.

Loan word from the Italian (non-proper) word "defenestrata; " see en.wiktionary.org/wiki/defenestrata. The English word "defenestrate" means "To eject or throw (someone or something) from a window" (en.wiktionary.org/wiki/defenestrate).
