Using a descriptive word (adjective, e.g. tasty, delicious, spicy) pertaining to words most commonly used with describing food as a compliment.
"Your face is tasty"
"Why thank you for the nompliment"
As you can see here, said person is using 'tasty' to describe someone as being attractive.
A compliment which also casts the complimentee in a negative light.
'You're quite good to talk to when you're not in an antagonistic mood' is a nompliment

The polar opposite of a compliment, or the absence of a compliment where a compliment is needed.
Person 1: Hey, do what do you think of my new hair?
