Sturged

In negotiations- when a potential buyer askes a lot of questions with no intent to actually buy this wasting all of the sellers time.

Also when the seller comes down on the price for said potential buyer, and the buyer declines. Stating. ”I can buy a new one for that”

Buyer- I know you are asking $10,000 for this Jeep and it’s in incredible shape. Will you take $5,000?

Seller- I have to sell it, yes I will take $6,000
Buyer- can you deliver it 300 miles to my house?

Seller- I will for gas money
Buyer- okay great. Well that’s too much money, I can get a new one for $7000.

(Actual value of Jeep- NADA $12699

Seller to friend- hey man some guy just wasted all my time asking about my Jeep. I care down on the price, offered to deliver it.

Friend - ya bro, sounds like you totally got sturged, I hate it when people do that.

Sturges

The reflection of the moon's light off of the surface of a body of water such as a river or lake or ocean. The reflected light appears as a path leading to the moon across the water's surface. While originally used to describe the reflection of the August moon it has developed to describe the moon's reflection in any month.

The word "Sturges" is derived from the name "Full Sturgeon Moon" which is the name given to the August full moon by fishing tribes fishing for Sturgeon. Sturgeon, a large fish, were caught most readily in the month of August in the Great Lakes and other major bodies of water. It is while fishing in summer that the Sturges was commonly viewed and aptly named.

The sturges looks so beautiful this evening glistening across the ocean's calm surface.
