Head Up Ass Disease, in other words, someone has HUAD when his/her perception of a situation is so unusual or extremely inaccurate, most are left speechless.

the combination of extreme exposure to heat, humidity, and sweat, that causes chafing around the buttock region. Can normally be supressed by applying medicated powder to the infected region, though relapses may occur due to fact that this disease has no cure.

Essentially the inability to control one's bowels from both openings (mouth and anus) simultaneously. Usually brought about by the ingestion of improperly prepared food containing harmful bacteria or allergens.
