Means gun, pistol, firearm in Chicano/Latino culture slang.

Comes from Spanish, where "cohete" means "rocket" or "firecracker."

Spanish word for "rocket" but can apply to any cylindrical object that can be fired. As in, "I got a rocket in my pocket."
