One who is so stricken by the fear of missing out that he/she stops, paralyzed by the mere thought of falling behind the cool kids. This behavior is such a severe form of FOMO that they start forgetting simple things they used to excel at prior to being stricken by "fomotardation."

Dennis: "Why did JP kick me from his server?" Ron: "JP kicks anyone out of his server who don't talk in his server. And, you never talk in his server." Dennis: "But IDK I need to be in that server.
