Purgency

When you absolutely must get rid of something immediately.

purgency

The act of seeming concerned and willing to act on a problem when the boss or an authority figure is standing right there, but going back to not caring or point the finger at someone else once the boss leaves.

SHANE commiting purgency: I don't know how this happened, but I will get right on this and make sure it is perfect for the customer.

later, after the boss leaves...

SHANE: Screw this I didn't mess this up! Chris and Joe can fix it.
