Sexual Market Value. Usually assigned to women on a 0-10 scale, based mostly on physical appearance. In a population it tends to be on a bell curve, where most women are 4, 5, 6, 7 with very few being 1-2/10 and few being 8-10/10.

Her SMV is a 4 out of 9, she's a typical "49er"...
