A Hebrew, and often Shebrew (but works equally well in other languages) set of creative, original, situation-specific-work-arounds,
legal and/or otherwise, to facilitate all the proponents' outcomes, usually in reicence to an unfailrly applied vague law of sorts.
This can manifest itself in as simple a situation as fixing a broken chair,
all the way to the more complex legal wangling meanderings, such as fixing a lower poll tax bill, or getting out of a mountain of parking ticket payments, well before the system spanks all your assets.
..Both require wolf-like guile, but on different levels of execution.
The parking attendant jammed my wagon on a vaguely zoned parking area-the red lines had faded, and appeared blue, so i thought it was ok to park here, so I used a combina with my aunt in the municipality to get off paying the fine.
