dumbsizing

Downsizing a company's workforce to the point of crippling the business by not retaining enough workers with the knowledge and skills to keep the company operating efficiently and profitably.

The recent dumbsizing of our workforce seems to have backfired as we've had to outsource work to ex-employees at higher fees than than the wages they made before we fired them.

' DUMBSIZE ' - Verb. Def: Educational method used to revise or reduce student testing and learning standards downward to accommodate the lack of competance that students should already have achieved.

2nd Def: Describes a lack of proper educational funding or reductions of funding, or legislative actions taken to produce same.
3rd Def: Pejorative term describing the metal capabilities of an under educated person.
4th Def: Slang- Descriptive term for over large and unwieldy beverages of any type.

1) The students could not answer the first test properly, so the teacher had to dumbsize the exam so they could get good grades.
2) The Governor of of Ohio has proposed cutting educational funding to dumbsize the effectiveness of public schools.
3) I'm sure he won't understand you, he was dumbsized long ago.
4) You really do not want to buy a dumbsized gallon mug of Mountain Dew do you?
